This workshop has been arranged to bring together those developing and using proximal soil sensors for applications in science precision agriculture environmental sciences natural resource management the will be held under auspices of international union working group on sensing (WG-PSS) organized locally by McGill University. The workshop is to bring together researchers from various disciplines, including soil science, agricultural engineering, geophysics, spectroscopy, agronomy, spatial statistics, as well as commercial entities involved in the development and use of proximal sensors.
